Not a Pinterest perfect blog

I just caught myself on Pinterest looking for blog posts about how to start a blog in 2019. I read a lot of things (not only on the pin heaven, of course) but I still didn’t feel ready to start. So, I decided to just start writing and figure it out as it goes.

My kind request to you is: please do not expect for a Pinterest perfect blog.

For starters I want to open my heart to you and say that I always enjoyed writing. And I usually do it to organize my thoughts and emotions, but I never thought I would actually show something I wrote to anyone. What surprised me when I decided to do so, was the fact that I am really excited about this. And even though it is really hard for me to find the confidence to write a blog post when I know there are more than 600 million other blogs out there [1], here I am.

Hopefully I will be able to catch Google’s attention and “he” will help me get to you, dear Still Non Existing Reader. I was told by many of the websites and blogs I read that to do that I have to focus not only on writing but also on SEO strategies to make search engines “interested” on my blog. And among many of the things I didn’t know about SEO and Google Analytics I learned that if readers actually read what I write and spend some time in my blog, Google will see that they like me and this will be more important than having many visitors that don’t spend more than a few seconds here. So hang in there please I am just going to tell you one more thing about blogging. Bloggers take in average 3 hours and 16 minutes to write a post [2] and I took more than 4 (insert ashamed monkey emoji). So this is all for today, Guys!
